Sadiq, Collins, and Omeruo arrive at the Super Eagles’ camp

On Monday, the Super Eagles camp in Uyo commenced for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Lesotho. The first players to report were Kenneth Omeruo, Jamilu Collins, and Umar Sadiq.

On Monday afternoon, the three of them arrived at the team’s Four Points Hotel in Ikot Ekpene.

It is still anticipated that the remaining 20 invited players will report to camp.

Tuesday is anticipated to be the Super Eagles’ first training session.

On Thursday, the Jose Peseiro team will play the Lesotho Likuena at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

Three days later, in Butare’s Huye Stadium, the three-time African champions will square off against the Warriors of Zimbabwe.
