Sanchez challenges Chelsea’s Kepa to a race to be the best goalkeeper in the world

After joining the club on Saturday, Robert Sanchez, formerly of Arsenal, has vowed to challenge Kepa Arrizabalag for the starting goalkeeper position at Chelsea.

To challenge Kepa, Chelsea officially added Sanchez from Brighton.

Sanchez told Chelsea’s official website that he is committed to challenging for the starting position at the club.

He declared, “I hope to make a difference and aid the team in its pursuit of glory.” This is going to be a really difficult task, but I am up for the challenge.

In his own words, “the opportunities this club will give me are amazing, to develop more as a goalkeeper, to keep learning, and to compete for the No. 1 spot and show everyone how good I can be.”
