Personal terms with Manchester United, rejecting a move to Liverpool in the process.

Fiorentina will lose Amrabat this summer as the Serie A club tries to balance its books.

Having already tried to transfer Amrabat to Barcelona in January, Fiorentina will consider offers for the Moroccan international in the area of £25 million.

Although Man United is aware of Fiorentina’s desperation to offload Amrabat, the club has instead prioritized strengthening other positions, including goalkeeper and striker.

The Italian news outlet Corriere della Sera reports that Amrabat turned down a contract offer from Liverpool because he had already reached an agreement on personal terms with Liverpool’s Premier League rival, Man United.

The 26-year-old and the manager of Manchester United, Erik ten Hag, worked together at Utrecht.

United would reportedly try to sign Atalanta attacker Rasmus Hojlund for £60 million before pursuing Amrabat, according to the article.
