Mane will be reuniting with Cristiano Ronaldo before the upcoming season.
The 31-year-old player only arrived at Bayern Munich from Liverpool this past summer.
The Senegalese international had a rough year in Germany, which included being suspended from the Bundesliga champions for an alleged brawl with teammate Leroy Sané.
Many prominent European footballers, including Mane, have recently signed lucrative contracts with Saudi Arabian clubs. His weekly salary with the Saudi Pro League club is said to be £650,000.
Both Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kanté have signed for Al Ittihad, while Al Ahli have acquired Riyad Mahrez and Edouard Mendy.
