She claimed that after testing positive for the virus, she notified her lover, and that he called her that same evening to break up with her while she was lying sick.
In a recent episode of the Madame Joyce podcast, the North London-born radio broadcaster discussed.
“I was in a relationship for a long time where I knew it wasn’t the right one, but I thought it might be the best I could get,” she explained. So I resolved to keep it going as long as I could.
“I got COVID-19, and the day I found out, my boyfriend broke up with me.” That day, I was furious. I emailed him a photo of my test results. And that evening, he called me to break up with me.”
